I’m going to eat this mushroom! 🫣
I found this Indigo Milk Cap Mushroom for the first time in our woods. After studying it, I found out that they are edible. I’m always up for adventure, so I thought I would give it a try!
I have to admit, I entered into this with much trepidation. These mushrooms are beautiful, but the bright blue milk covering my entire hand said everything to me but eat this. 😳
These were actually pretty great tasting just like the fried mushrooms appetizers you would order at any restaurant. (I promise I ate these and they were delicious! The camera angle cut off my head while filming during the taste test so I don’t have it on film! 🥲)
I always do a lot of research to make absolutely sure the mushrooms I try are safe. I recommend you do the same!!! They say, “There are old mushroom pickers and bold mushroom pickers. There are no bold, old mushroom pickers.” 🍄🍄🟫😅
