This is hands down my favorite market to do! The vibes. The community. The inclusivity. It all makes for the most incredible day!

I’m bringing you Thum Khaopod (Thai corn salad) think, Som Tum (papaya salad) but with sweet grilled corn instead! One of my favorite dishes to eat all year round, but especially when it’s warm out!

Fish sauce wings, tofu Laab and of course my famous Thai grilled pork make for the perfect pairing. Get one or all for the perfect Thai market lunch!

So many families are worried about how to put food on their tables right now. As much as I wish I could feed them all myself, I know that there are resources out there that we can amplify to help.

If you are not interested in a family meal but still would like the opportunity to donate to the collective amount, any amount donated can be used at a future date on a Thid Jai order. Whether it’s a pick up, pop up, catering, you name it.

My Thai inspired Thanksgiving family meal comes with everything you need to feed 4-6 people delivered right to you.

Everything we all know and love about Thanksgiving food but with Thai flavors! ⁣

A scratch made stuffing full of aromatic Thai herbs (Makrut leaves, galangal, lemongrass), paired with garlic mashed potatoes, charred baby broccoli that’s lightly tossed in my homemade chili oil and beautiful Thai bbq grilled chicken that’s full of the Thai holy trinity (cilantro root, garlic, white pepper). My gravy is made from the marinade and drippings that the chicken was cooked in so it’s FULLLL of depth and umami flavor. ⁣

I’ll have my famous Fried Laab and Thai Grilled Pork! As well as my Zaap Chicken (gluten free fried chicken tossed with fresh aromatics and Thid Jai Laab seasoning) and Vegan Panang Fried Rice

You can also grab some of my pantry staples with a jar of my Laab seasoning and Thai pork cracklings! Your kitchen just isn’t complete without them

Oftentimes, people don’t associate barbecue/grilled foods with Thai cuisine. When in fact it’s a staple part of our street food culture. My favorite street food to eat in Thailand are G*i Yang {grilled chicken} or Moo Yang {grilled pork} and sticky rice. In Thailand you find the barbecue stands around every corner and they’re cooked on skewers and placed in little on the go baggies with sticky rice. Making them the perfect on the go munch! ⁣
⁣⁣
Fresh Som Tum and any Thai grilled meat are the perfect duo. The salty and slightly sweet flavor of the meat is pulled together with the beautiful aromatics of the Sam Glur {Thai holy trinity} and smokey charred bits making each bite more magical than the last. ⁣⁣

✨This meal is a KIT. You will need to cook the protein at home. You will receive instructions on how to prepare everything from start to finish! I promise it’s basically fool proof! And a fun meal to enjoy together 🥰⁣

When I first started, I had all kinds of snacks on my website and pop ups for purchase. My OG snack being Mee Krob! ⁣I don’t always have the capacity to make them as often anymore but so many of you have asked, so I’ve listened!

Mee Krob is a delicious Thai snack made from crispy vermicelli noodles, and tossed in a savory sweet and sour sauce. All the flavor notes that you find in Thai cuisine, sweet, salty, and sour, come to play in perfect balance in this addictive snack! ⁣⁣⁣⁣
