We passed our building inspection!!! Once all cleaned we will schedule health inspection piece! I’m now preparing to officially open this month yall!! Omg… I’m super excited!!

Last maintenance repair needed is on the landlord! Won’t HE do it!! Gotta fix the leak to get the gas on for hot water! I’m super excited because I am officially done with what I need to do! Omg it’s been a long time coming but I did it!! My savings is wiped out so I’m gone need yall to bring your family, your nieces, nephews, cousins etc on down to Muffy’s on grand opening day 😂😂😂❤️🙌🏾💪🏾

Heyyy family! I know it’s been a looooong time since you’ve heard from me! Didn’t want to make another post until I knew we were close to opening or verrrrry close to it! Final inspection set for Friday and grand opening set for May. Stay tuned for exact date! In the meantime, it’s time to start the season in the bus THIS month!! We expect to pull up in next few weeks!! Don’t give up on us yall! We’re at the finish line now. 💪🏾❤️❤️

🚧 Quick Storefront Update! 🚧
Building and plumbing inspector came by today — we passed on our end! 🙌🏾 The only thing holding us up now is one small fix the landlord has to handle — an electrical wire replacement. Once that’s done, we’ll be officially good to go! 🔌✨

Looks like the cold weather is rolling in soon, but that’s not slowing us down one bit. ❄️🔥 We’ll be offering select hot food items along with our liquor-infused ices and ice cream to keep you cozy and warm! 🍦🍹

Hey Muffy Family 💕🍧

I know it’s been a while, so let me give y’all a quick update and a testimony at the same time.

When I first started this buildout, I just knew the store would be open by now. But life had other plans. The first month and a half had delays outside of my control, and then my GC had to step away for a family emergency. That pushed us back even more.

Here’s the funny part: I wasn’t even planning to open the store this year at all. I told myself I’d wait until 2026 to get everything “perfect.” But I got in my feelings and tried to push it on my timing. As the summer faded and school started back, I was frustrated.

But then God whispered to me: “I’m still in control.” 🙌🏽 And y’all… He proved it. Thanks to your incredible support and us landing the biggest corporate contract we’ve ever had thus far.. the business has been able to maintain rent from business income alone. That’s nothing but a blessing. Not many businesses in today’s climate can say that, so I’m beyond grateful.

Now, all my original deadlines to open store have come and gone, and realistically I may be looking at November or December. Part of me is like, “Well, maybe we just come in swinging in 2026 🤷🏽‍♀️.”

We’re about 90% complete. So don’t forget about us, okay? 😂 I promise to keep y’all posted if we decide to open sooner. Thank you for sticking with me through this journey. The best is still yet to come! 💪🏽✨

Muffy's Creative Scoops has had the pleasure of being apart of Corey Borner day now for 3 years I believe and it gets bigger and bigger every year! Great day for the family and the kiddos with music, food and vendors! You never know what celebrity you might see! ❤️
