🐾 Professional Whelping & Puppy Development Services – Official PSA 🐾
This is an official announcement regarding my whelping and puppy-raising services and the policies required to work with me.
I provide extremely hands-on, in-home whelping and puppy development, and I accept only ONE litter at a time to ensure proper care and safety. This is not a high-volume setup — every litter receives individual attention and structured development.
My pricing is:
• 4 Weeks – $500
• 8 Weeks – $1000
These rates are intentionally affordable, but they do NOT mean my work is cheap or optional. This is professional labor and must be treated as such.

🐾 What I Provide
Each litter receives structured, hands-on care including:
Daily Care & Monitoring
• Around-the-clock supervision
• Clean and maintained whelping area
• Hands-on monitoring of mom and puppies
Early Development
• Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS)
• Early Scent Introduction (ESI)
Health Care
• Deworming with Fenbendazole
• Deworming with Pyrantel
• Neopar at 4 weeks (approx. $6 per puppy + shipping)
Vaccinations
• Approximately $40 per puppy
• Or $20–25 per puppy if administered by me
(These costs come out of the service total)
Structured Raising
• Kennel training
• Potty training
• Litterbox training
Socialization
• Car rides
• Exposure to children
• Exposure to other animals
• Exposure to normal household noise
• Exposure to louder environments
Training & Handling
• Basic obedience foundations
• Handling for grooming and exams
• Early structure awareness
• Introductory stack training for show prospects
I am extremely hands-on with my litters and invest significant time into proper development.

🐾 Food Policy
During whelping:
• The owner is responsible for providing dog food for the mother and puppies.
OR
• I can provide my preferred food if discussed prior to booking.
If food runs out and is not provided in an adequate timeframe:
• I will provide food myself
• The cost will be added to the final balance
This policy must be discussed before booking.

🐾 Payment Policies (Strictly Enforced)
NO PAYMENT PLANS
No exceptions.
To reserve a spot:
✔ Payment must be made in full upfront
OR
✔ Minimum 50% deposit upfront
Remaining balance:
• Must be paid upon request
• Must be paid before puppies leave my care
If payment is not made:
• Services may stop
• Your spot may be lost
• Future services may be declined
I am not interested in booking with anyone who is not prepared to pay.
This is not a favor or a hobby. This is work.

🐾 Contracts & Agreements
All bookings require a signed agreement.
• Payment agreements are final once contract is signed
For official agreements:
• A third party or notary may officiate
• This protects both parties
This is required for professional accountability.

🐾 Communication Requirements
Owners must be reachable.
In the event of an emergency (before or during the whelp):
You must be:
• Contactable
• Financially prepared
• Able to make decisions
• Able to arrange care if needed
This includes:
• Medical emergencies
• Environmental emergencies
• Relocation if necessary

🐾 Visits & Updates
Photos and videos will be provided.
Visits are allowed by agreement.
You must:
• Schedule ahead
• Give adequate notice
This allows time to:
• Clean the area
• Prepare the mother
• Prepare the puppies

🐾 Emergency Protection Policy
If an emergency situation occurs due to my direct negligence, I will:
• Reimburse medical costs
• Cover equivalent loss or damages caused
This must be agreed upon prior to whelping.
Non-negotiable.
Owners retain the right to request:
• Veterinary review
• Examination
• Possible autopsy if necessary
This ensures transparency and protection for both parties.

I have gone out of my way to help people in emergencies and difficult situations.
However, I will no longer allow:
• Non-payment
• Delayed payment
• Ignored agreements
Going forward:

✔ Clear agreements only
✔ Reliable payment only
If you respect the work involved, I am happy to work with you.
If not, my services are not the right fit.
