Get frosty with this super easy and delicious mixed berry smoothie with yogurt and made with lots
Ingredients
1. 1 1/2 cups frozen berries mix (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries)
2. 1 small banana, optional (but adds extra creaminess!)
3. 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
4. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (plain or vanilla)
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or ground vanilla bean powder, optional
