The food park is back this fall!! 🍂😌 We can’t wait to see everyone next month with (hopefully) cooler weather!

🍂 Vendor applications are OPEN now for both non-food and food businesses! Apply today before they close!

🌱 PLUS we’re activating our newest concept, a pop up grocer, housed at the South Dallas Cultural Center during the next food park! The pop up grocer will be open with times TBD!

👀 we’re backkkkkkk! We’ve missed y’all and we can’t wait to see you! Spend Halloween with us at the food park! 🍂🎃

We’re also rolling out the grocery store pop up as part of the food park! This activation is geared to reimagine what a co-op grocer looks AND feels like that serves OUR communities! From a variety of fresh produce, veggies, and other products that feel like a TRUE community grocer! 🥕🥗

Come thru for the food park vibes plus experience the Sunny South Music Fest with a host of musicians, artists, and exhibitions! 🧑🏽‍🎨🎶🎨

We personally can’t wait to see Black Ceasar Poetry perform in! And we know YOU don’t wanna miss it either!

🗣️ We’re 11 days away from the next Sunny South Dallas Food Park in collaboration with the Sunny South Music Fest! 🎵 🍓

Anddddd we’re extending our normal food park until 7p! So you can hang out, kick it, eat good, shop w/Black owned businesses, and enjoy some great musical artists! 🎤

🗣️ the essence of ‘why’ is simple..: there’s a huge gap for consistent access to good, healthy food options and a place to shop for these items.

➡️ we’ll share that this activation element of the food park centers around:

healthy food access 🌱🍎
economic mobility + collectivism 💰
intentional spaces for Black joy & community 🫶🏾🧡

And we need your help to bring the vision to life! Here’s a few ways you can to do that by donating or letting us know of someone that we can connect with! 👇🏾
