2 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions
Begin by freezing your banana. To freeze the bananas, peel and chop ripe bananas into 1″ pieces. Freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet. When frozen all the way through, they are ready to use. Transfer any leftover banana pieces to a ziplock bag. Return to the freezer and store for up to three months.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until they are completely smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, add additional milk, 2 tablespoons at a time, until you have a pourable consistency

Ingredients 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen 175 ml (185 grams-3/4 cup) milk 22 grams (1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon) peanut butter 1 1/2-2 tablespoon cocoa powder* 1 teaspoon honey**

Instructions Place the milk, frozen banana slices, cocoa powder, peanut butter, honey into the blender and blend until they all combined for almost 2 minutes. Add the ice cubes and blend until they are crushed. If you like, decorate your smoothie with a slice of banana and grated chocolate.

INGREDIENTS 200ml milk (Cow's, Almond, etc) 1 banana 2 tbsp oats 1 tsp cocoa 46 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. You can add more or less milk depending on how thick you like your smoothie. Drink immediately or keep it in the fridge for up to 12 hours (you will need to shake it up before you drink it though).
