🌕 Chuseok, or Hangawi, is the Korean mid-autumn festival. Like other East Asian mid-autumn festivals, Chuseok takes place on the full moon on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunisolar calendar. (In Texas, that's September 25.)

🥟 Celebrating at home? Keep it easy with Korean dishes like tteokbokki (spicy, chewy rice cakes), jjajangmyeon (noodles in a savory black bean sauce), and mandu (dumplings) in our freezers, and look for more essential Korean condiments like doenjang, gochujang, and kimchi in our aisles.

Be the Change: Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by exploring products like granola, frozen treats, beverages, sauces, and more, created to celebrate cultural traditions and flavors. Here are some products we've been loving:

Granolas & Cereals
Denisse Alvarez Scherb
Handmade in Guadalajara, Mexico and baked slowly in small batches to preserve the perfect crunchy texture, according to a 30-year-old family recipe.

Tortillas
Karina Saldivar
Thoughtfully crafted grain-free, keto, and vegan tortillas made with avocado oil and almond flour created to bring joy, texture, and taste back to the table while supporting a family member’s health needs.

Mineral Water
Sip award-winning water loved by sommeliers. Mineral-rich water is filtered through underground volcanic rocks at the base of the Chachani Volcano in the Andes Mountains of Peru.

Kombucha
Started as a family project in southern Chile, and shaped by a background in organic farming. The refreshing fermented tea combines the bold, earthy notes of yerba mate with the crisp, lightly sparkling character of kombucha.

Paletitas
Fany Gerson
Created by a Mexico City native in The Big Apple, big flavors are packed into little pops that share the delicious sweetness and rich culture of Mexico.

Sauces & Salsas
Sylvia Casares
Classic enchilada gravy and salsas created by a renowned Houston Tex-Mex chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author famous for her authentic recipes.

🧀 Say Käse! From creamy Butterkäse, to nutty Emmentaler from the Allgäu region, to Bavarian Alp Blossom cheese covered with edible flowers and herbs, tasting German cheeses during OktoberFeast is a must.

Our favorite ways to enjoy German cheeses:

🥨 Add pretzels, cold cuts, mustard, and butter on a board for an assembly only brotzeit meal

🥔 Melt into casseroles and onto potatoes

🍻 Pair with your favorite German b**rs and wines

A wurst like no other, mild pork-and-veal weisswurst (white sausage) is often enjoyed for breakfast in Bavaria with pretzels, sweet mustard, and a cold wheat b**r.

Unlike other sausages, it’s meant to be prepared in a very specific way. Here's how to prep and eat it:

1) Gently warm in hot—not boiling—water to avoid bursting the casing.

2) Delicately peel the casing away from the sausage before slicing and enjoying its ultra-smooth texture and subtle seasonings.

Get MĂĽnchen! OktoberFeast is still in full swing, but like every joy-filled Oktoberfest, the celebration must wrap on Tuesday, September 22.

We know, endings are the wurst. Make sure to grab every pretzel, pickle, mĂĽsli, German soda, cookie, mustard, kraut, and strudel faster than you can say "Auf Widersehen!"

Bienenstich (also called Bee Sting Cake) is a favorite German kuchen loved for its layers. Light, sweet rounds of yeast dough are layered with light, custardy diplomat cream, and each cake is topped with a crunchy topping of caramelized honey and toasted almonds.

We think you'll fall in love, too. Have you tried Bienenstich yet? (Treat yourself before OktoberFeast wraps up on September 22!)

We're not afraid to say it. After a long summer and crossover Texautumn, it's finally fall, y'all! Give the neighborhood pumpkin to talk about with a porch full of decorative pumpkins and gourds.

Choose from an array of autumnal shapes and colors for sprucing up porches, tablescapes, and anywhere that can use a little extra *fall*. They're grown and hand-harvested on a family farm in Floydada, TX that's owned and operated by three generations of farmers.
