Introduction:
Bottom's up to your health and wellbeing!
Ingredients:
1 large beet, washed, ends removed and cut into pieces
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup of blueberries
2 tsps of chia seed
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with coconut flakes and enjoy!
