He’s back!! It’s Crispy Monday, and we’ve got one of our favorite lagers back on tap for y’all.
Jerzy, the Polish way to spell Jerry, is just that. It’s a refreshing, clean Polish lager to sip while connecting with friends and family. Jerzy is named after Molly, Madeline and Matt’s grandfather Jerry Rawicki: an incredibly kind, intelligent, hilarious, loving man, and a holocaust survivor.
He experienced indescribable horror and suffering living in Poland during the early 1940s. As a young Jewish teen in the Warsaw Ghetto, he smuggled children out to safety, bartered for food and intel to help the resistance, and used his speed, smarts, gymnastics, and luck to evade capture time and again. At 16 years old, Jerzy escaped the Warsaw Ghetto, during the Uprising, working with the Polish underground army.
Jerzy is a Polish lager brewed with Sybilla, Marynka and Lubelski hops that we had imported over from Karcizmiska, Poland.
It is clean and fresh and has a gentle softness. There’s a pale, crackery body with a regal, deep hop finish.
And TODAY only (until May 20th) you can get a 20oz glass filled with a 20oz Crispy Lager!
