If you’re a fan of , love fresh new West Coast IPA and Ube smoothie sours, and/or enjoy browsing local vendor markets, today is your day!

We are open from 12-11, and from 1-5, the .femme.flock and will be hosting the Dallas Flodown- a pre-Goose show full of incredible vendors (including our very own !), Goose tunes, and special beers for the occasion!

Torero is a west coast IPA brewed with (hand selected Oregon grown from our favorite Scenic Valley Farms ) Simcoe and Strata hops. It’s fresh, a little dank, ultra passion fruit and melon forward, and finishes with a refreshing, quenching light pine bite.

Flagship Test One is officially here! 🤩

For over 7 years, we’ve built Celestial on experimentation, pushing boundaries, rotating hops, and creating more than 600 different beers along the way. But as we see first time craft drinkers entering the scene, and as we grow out in the wild, we’ve realized something it’s time for an “always there” beer.

This series will be dedicated to finding the one beer that earns a permanent spot on tap, on cold shelves, and in your fridge (and hearts 😉).

We aren’t making this decision alone. We want your opinions because this isn’t just our flagship. It’s YOUR flagship, Dallas.

Flagship Test One is the first step in this hazy, juicy journey. This one is a double hazy IPA brewed with Strata and Idaho 7. It’s pineapple forward, ultra aromatic, citrusy, soft and fresh.

Sip, then flip the can and you’ll find a QR code where you can rate it, review it, and tell us exactly what you think. Every piece of feedback helps shape what comes next! Come into the taproom starting at noon and help us create the beer to rule them all! ✊

ALSO!!! It’s KenzLIT Music Bingo tonight! Come out at 6 or any time before close to jump into some free, SUPER fun rounds of our girl Kensley’s music bingo!

FLAGSHIP TEST 1 IS ALMOST HERE! FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, WE ARE WORKING ON CRAFTING A FLAGSHIP BEER THAT IS AROUND 100% OF THE TIME.

IF YOU’VE BEEN A LONGTIME CELESTIAL FAN, YOU KNOW WE ARE ALWAYS SWITCHING UP THE BEERS THAT WE HAVE BOTH ON TAP AND IN CANS. (WELL… BESIDES UBE THAT’S BASICALLY AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME). YES, WE LOVE TO EXPERIMENT & CHANGE THINGS UP, BUT WE ARE SEEING A NEED FOR SOME CONSISTENCY- ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE COMING INTO CRAFT BEER FOR THE FIRST TIME. WELL, NOW IT’S TIME. WE ARE DROPPING THE FIRST FLAGSHIP TEST IN THE TAPROOM THIS FRIDAY!

FLAGSHIP TEST 1 IS AN 8% ABV DOUBLE HAZY BREWED WITH STRATA & IDAHO 7 HOPS.

WHEN YOU TRY THE BEER, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SCAN THE QR CODE PRINTED ON THE CAN LABEL, OR CLICK THE LINK BUTTON BELOW, TO GIVE US ALL YOUR THOUGHTS. OVER TIME WE WILL GATHER ALL THE DATA AND CRAFT THE PERFECT FLAGSHIP. THE DOUBLE HAZY IPA THAT WILL RULE THEM ALL!

(CAMPERS, YOU CAN GRAB CANS AND TRY IT ON SECRET TAP ALREADY, AND YOU’LL START SEEING IT AROUND TOWN IN BARS, RESTAURANTS, & OUR GROCERY STORE PARTNERS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK)

He’s back!! It’s Crispy Monday, and we’ve got one of our favorite lagers back on tap for y’all.

Jerzy, the Polish way to spell Jerry, is just that. It’s a refreshing, clean Polish lager to sip while connecting with friends and family. Jerzy is named after Molly, Madeline and Matt’s grandfather Jerry Rawicki: an incredibly kind, intelligent, hilarious, loving man, and a holocaust survivor.

He experienced indescribable horror and suffering living in Poland during the early 1940s. As a young Jewish teen in the Warsaw Ghetto, he smuggled children out to safety, bartered for food and intel to help the resistance, and used his speed, smarts, gymnastics, and luck to evade capture time and again. At 16 years old, Jerzy escaped the Warsaw Ghetto, during the Uprising, working with the Polish underground army.

Jerzy is a Polish lager brewed with Sybilla, Marynka and Lubelski hops that we had imported over from Karcizmiska, Poland.

It is clean and fresh and has a gentle softness. There’s a pale, crackery body with a regal, deep hop finish.

And TODAY only (until May 20th) you can get a 20oz glass filled with a 20oz Crispy Lager!

A certain American brewery in Texas has launched a beer with a different label than any other. The image on the can includes a simple portrait of an elderly man and the name: Jerzy. A fine Polish lager. Additionally, the label says the beer is brewed in the memory of Jerzy Rawicki, a Polish Jew who survived the Holocaust.

➡It is a tribute from Jerzy Rawicki’s granddaughters who run a small craft brewery in Dallas. The label also has a QR code which leads to the film Behind the Wall on YouTube in which Jerzy tells his story while walking the streets of modern-day Warsaw.

➡During WW2 Jerzy Rawicki was just a teenager who was forced to live in the Warsaw Ghetto along with some family members. He often illegally left the ghetto walls to get food and other necessities. He also gave information to the Polish underground resistance. When the Ghetto Uprising broke out, he joined one of the combat groups, and after the uprising fell, he decided to try and find his sister who had been hiding outside the ghetto before.

➡Not wanting to put her in danger, he slept in different, random places. He met a group of teenagers his age on the Vistula river beach. He decided to tell the truth about his origins to one of them, Janusz Rybakiewicz. His new friend decided to help him. He sheltered him in his basement.A few months later, Rawicki left to the Daromin village in the Kielce province. There, he joined the Peasant Battalions. He lost touch with Janusz.

➡After the war, he found his sister who was the only other member of the family to have survived. The other sisters and the rest of the family did not survive the Holocaust. Jerzy decided to leave to Wrocław, where he graduated from high school and university. In the meantime, he also worked in a brewery. In 1948, he emigrated to the United States.

➡For many years, he did not return to his wartime past, trying to erase the tragic memories. But the memory of Janusz kept coming back. Through the Red Cross, he managed to find out he had been murdered by the Germans.

➡It was then when Jerzy decided to tell his story. He did so, among others, through the 2007 book Sins and Sorrow. That same year, the Yad Vashem Institute awarded him the title of Righteous Among the Nations.Jerzy Rawicki took part in various public meetings in the U.S. and Poland. He attended the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. He passed away in 2022.

➡One may feel inclined to ask the question whether a beer can label is the appropriate place to honour such tragic events and to teach history? While Jerzy never had the opportunity to taste the beer himself, his story continues to reach the hands of those who otherwise might have never found out about it.
