Late night snack or early morning start. Begin with farmers market watermelon. 🍉

Watermelon is naturally sweet and hydrating, making it a refreshing choice when you’re craving something sweet. It also provides vitamin C, potassium, and lycopene, the antioxidant responsible for its beautiful red color.

Pictured here is sweet, juicy, seedless watermelon grown by J&A Farms.

Find it at Monroe Farmers Market this Saturday.

Saturdays, 8am–12pm
đź“Ť Courthouse Square, Stroudsburg, PA
