Founded in 1978, Bud's Salads is a family run supplier of fresh produce to foodservice distributions and produce companies across the southern region of the United States. With a history of almost 40 years, we have maintained the same goal throughout this time, to provide fresh-cut fruits and vegetables that meet quality needs of our clients. Adding one more score of 'Excellent' for our SQF Audit in the Bud's history books! 🙌🎉😁

We would like to say how proud we are of our production management and staff for all of their hard work in maintaining an environment centered around Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. Special shoutouts to Jorge Elizondo (GM), Eric Alvarez (FSQA Manager), and Bennie Wilson (Maintenance Manager), for leading the way in maintaining an 'audit-ready' facility and being fully prepared for 2 full days of thorough inspections of policies and procedures.

We were told by our auditor, who had excellent things to say about us, that he uses us as a flagship, identifying us as a leader in how we carry out all Standard Operating Procedure's! To that, we give them a round of applause! 👏👏👏

We’ve made some new signage additions around our facility, and this one in particular right outside our front door, takes you on a brief trip back in time through the branding evolution of what is now Bud’s Fresh-Cut Produce!

While each generation represents a time of achieving new milestones, we needed a change that truly represented our personality, vision, and capabilities. We’ve found this in Bud’s Fresh-Cut produce and look forward to years of continued growth under our new identity!🧅🥕🥬🍅🍉🍍
