Weekend u-pick update for 8/21/26: We have good peach picking of Elberta and PF-35 peaches. Both are excellent freestone canning peaches and very large this year. Brooks plums are now open and we still have ZeStar apples as well as very good late season blueberry picking with Titan and Aurora. See our daily update post for full details. Cash or check only. *Update- They have been identified and have come out and paid what was due, but refused to be honest and take responsibility for their obviously purposeful actions. As such this post will remain as a warning to others.

Does anybody recognize these 5-finger discounters? They were at our farmstand this afternoon and decided that 25lbs of peaches was magically only 15lbs despite having put down the correct weight first and then crossing it out in their notes. It seems they wanted to spend their money on candy and cookies instead of properly paying for the fruit they picked. Please message us if you have any information. As always we truly appreciate all of our honest customers, but we will not tolerate theft from those who would take advantage of our family farm. They have until the end of tomorrow to contact us and make it right.

Veteran Peaches are at their peak! They are extra large this year with a great crop and lots ready now! They are a super sweet freestone yellow peach that are known for their excellent canning and preserving qualities. Follow signs for the best picking areas and look for mostly yellow ones (they have a long ripening period so some are still green). They will also counter ripen well if needed as long as they are picked at least partially soft. We expect to be picking them all week, but check our daily update post for more info before coming out. $1.75/lb or $1.50/lb for 100+lbs. Cash or check only. Bring your own containers. Midweek Update- We will open for peaches, apples and blueberries early at 7am each day through Thursday for anyone wanting to avoid the heat. Weekend U-Pick Update: We will be open both days 8am-8pm instead of closing on Saturday at 1pm (this weekend only). We are picking primarily Canadian Harmony peaches and what is left of a few other varieties. The first of the Veterans will open Sunday (see our daily update post for full peach details). Blackberries reopen Saturday. Titan and Aurora blueberries in our lower field will open Sunday with great picking. We will also kick off the apple season Saturday with the first of the ZeStar. Canadian Harmony Peaches are at their peak with the biggest nicest ones ripe now! Come and get them to load up the pantry and freezer for the off season! We are running more than 10 days ahead of normal so don't wait until you normally get them or they may be gone. We also have great picking of many other varieties including Glohaven, PF-13 and remaining Vivid and Redhaven.

Peach Update: PF-13 open tomorrow (Thursday 7/23) with a great crop. The hot weather has ripened up a large portion of them making for very easy picking. They are the first of our freestone peaches and are one of our favorite all around peaches, good for fresh eating or preserving. We also still have lots of Redhaven available. We will have even more varieties to choose from by this weekend as PF-9 will open Friday, Vivid Saturday and Early Elberta probably Sunday. With the start of canning season the price is now $1.75/lb or just $1.50 for 100+ lbs. U-Pick Update: Redhaven peaches are open and we expect to be picking them all week as more ripen with the heat (check back just in case we get picked out). PF-13 our first true freestone canning peach will start by next weekend at the latest followed shortly by Vivid and Early Elbertas. We also still have Sweetheart Cherries, but come get them soon as we expect them to be picked out in less than a week. Blueberry picking is also good in our main field with plenty of Darrow.
