1. owning a vending machine is a BUSINESS- for me it’s a 2nd business.
— What do I mean by this——

Owning/Operating a vending machine is itsown entity. Which requires separate attention and has to be maintained on a separate schedule.

What I didn’t consider prior. I assumed that because the vending machines will house the same desserts that we offer at the bakery that it would be an easy transition and easy to keep up with..

Boy was I WRONG. I literally need to staff this machine and implement a schedule for restocking, maintenance and operational processes.

The more you know the more money you will make and less time you will waste.

Hire someone to run you machine if you have other things going on you will not be able to service your machine sufficiently alone… TRUST Me..
