This story began over 30 years ago, when Emilio and Sofía decided to move to the country with their kids, and started working the lands of a ranch that had once belonged to their grandparents. We believe in finding alternatives that will allow us to live in harmony with the environment, working closely with nature and not against it, promoting conservation and the recovery of ecosystems. Patos is the old name of the town of General Cepeda, Coahuila, where our ranch is located and we have been producing healthy food since 1980. One of our primary objectives has been the rescue and preservation of orchards and the conservation of traditional production methods. We help with the creation of jobs and sources of income in rural areas of northern Mexico, and we seek to improve the quality of life of our employees. We truly believe that 'Healthy food can only come from a healthy land'
