A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of making this gorgeous cake for a dear friend of mine’s son’s birthday! I gotta say I love doing what I do for a living and would not trade it for the world. For my Non Texan Friends this cake is Themed for TCU A great college institution! Gorgeous to look at and delicious to eat. Flavorwise we had Amaretto Cake with Salted Caramel Filling. A couple of weeks ago I was honored to make this cake for The Marine Corps Birthday celebration. It was not just an honor to make it but it gave me a chance to make something special for very special people who have dedicated their life to Serve their country and their people. Thank you for your service and courage. This cake was not just beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. It was not just elegant and classy... it meant something “Semper Fi” which means “Always Faithful” that stuck with me and reminded me the importance to Always be Faithful to a cause, a passion and people!

Holiday season has officially started! It is indeed the most wonderful time of the year! Seasons are changing, weather is getting colder... sweet cravings and delicious food are taking over and with it this gorgeous Christmas cake I had the pleasure to make for my friends in kiwilimon and Craftología Again! It was a pleasure working with you to make an even sweeter and happier Christmas! Go have your cake and eat it too! BTW it tastes way better with PJ’s on and your favorite show streaming. A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege and amazing experience of collaborating with kiwilimon and Craftología in a Christmas project. We came up with this GORGEOUS Cake that I will always hold dear to my heart! It screams Christmas 🎄 We all involved put so much work and effort in love to make it. I was honored to work with such great people! And yes! We are 45 ish days away from Christmas but DO NOT kill my vibe! ❤️ I am happy to share that will be opening it’s doors in Mexico City officially in 2020! Stay tuned!
