Red Stix Asian Street Food Red Stix beautifully captures the sight, smell and taste of Asian street food; it’s a culmination of Chef Uno’s childhood memories and travels.

With locations in Dallas and Farmers Branch, Red Stix is a welcoming spot featuring vibrant flavors and fun cocktails. The menu includes signature and customizable noodle bowls, rice bowls and salads, each topped with Uno’s Signature Stix — a Japanese-style robata skewer grilled over red-hot binchotan charcoal. There are also giant Bánh Mì Sandwiches and street-inspired snacks and sides. Signature dishes include Crack’lin Fried Rice (with wok-seared beef tenderloin and shrimp, topped with a sunny-side-up egg); Drunken Noods; Damn Damn Hot Noods; and Tamarind Pad Thai. The full bar serves a menu of inventive signature cocktails (Poppin’ Pineapple Margarita, Frozen Ranch Water), plus beer, wine, sake, adult bagged Capri-Sun-style cocktails and premium bottled cocktails-to-go.

Meet Freddi - one of the OG Red Stix regulars.

His family has been eating at Red Stix since before he was even born. Now he walks in like he owns the place… and honestly, at this point, he kind of does.

We’ve gotten to watch Freddi grow up around our tables, our food and our Red Stix family.

Knowing that Red Stix gets to be a small part of his childhood and his core memories? That’s the good stuff.

Meet our Lao Sausage Double Smash Burger -

TWO smash patties layered with our house-made Lao sausage, ground beef( American cheese, LTO + gochujang aioli, all tucked into a buttery brioche bun.

And that Lao sausage? Pork belly, galangal, lemongrass, Thai chilies + all that lovely Lao goodness. 🤌

Chef Humberto said he was making his famous tacos for Mexican Independence Day…

And apparently y’all heard FAMOUS and took it personally.

Because now we’ve got a WAITLIST. FOR. TACOS.

Chef Humberto will be throwing down at Red Stix for Mexican Independence Day, and judging by the response, these tacos might be the hottest reservation in Farmers Branch.
