Malai Kitchen has been Dallas' go-to for authentic Southeast Asian cuisine since 2011. Founded by husband-wife team Braden & Yasmin Wages after extensive travels through Thailand and Vietnam, we're committed to scratch-made everything - from our curry pastes to our house-brewed beers. What makes us different: 90% gluten-free menu, extensive vegan/vegetarian options, and six house-brewed beers on tap. We source quality ingredients and make everything to order, because we believe Thai and Vietnamese cuisine is the perfect balance of healthy, flavorful, and craveable. From our famous Drunken Noodles to our signature Vietnamese Lager, every dish tells the story of our travels and our commitment to authentic flavors with a modern approach.
