If you sent a deposit fee for an event ($100-$150) we can move your date but we cannot refund you. If you sent the minimum deposit fee ($5-$10) and you decide to cancel, we can give you that amount of credit for your next order but we cannot refund you. We don’t do deliveries unless you get the party package where we have to set up everything for you.
