Save the date - May 15, 2021. Private dinner at Chef Kent Rathbun's home in N. Dallas. Watch for details in emails soon, but you can expect a 6 course meal with wine pairings. We will have pass around courses, and stations in his backyard.

Dallas Chaine is planning a trip back in time to the England of Queen Victoria and Dickens, of horse-drawn carriages and cobblestone streets, of gas lights and strolling carolers. Our Victorian Feast will be an elegant event with exceptional food and wine and the ambiance of a bygone era. Invitations are being to sent out to members.
