Whole beef round (leg) “fresh” out of the aging cabinet and ready for a nice trim.

Sneak peak at the beautiful burgundy aged beef hiding underneath. All outside excess trim will be discarded.

Denver’s have got to be the prettiest steaks in the shop this week! Superior marbling and flavor definitely make them a highly sought after butcher’s cut. These and plenty of other Angus cuts from Fort Worth Cattle Co. are up for grabs this week. Saturday, July 18th we’ll be cooking up some more dry-aged burgers at the shop. We’ve got more grill space this run, so save the date and bring a friend or two. 😉
Burgers will be sizzlin’ from 10AM-3PM in place of our cheesesteaks and dawgs.
