🍂 What a fantastic day at Central Market in Fort Worth! 🎉

We had an incredible time celebrating Central Market’s 25th Anniversary today!

The entire store was buzzing with excitement! There were cheese carvers, live music, tons of vendor tables, delicious samples, and surprises around every corner. It was a wonderful celebration of great food and the people who make it special! ❤️

One of our favorite highlights was Chef Peter’s amazing creation using Skyr Vanilla Bean Yogurt, Blake’s Provisions Pumpkin Butter, and White Rock Granola’s Pumpkin Walnut Granola. 🥄🎃

Just three simple ingredients come together for a dessert that tastes like cheesecake and looks like an autumn sunset! The gorgeous marbled layers make it almost too pretty to eat. And it’s so easy that even the kids can help make it!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the story of White Rock Granola has a very personal connection. 💗

When Andrea and her son Frank purchased White Rock Granola in 2020, founder Renee Latour was quietly beginning the fight of her life against breast cancer. At the same time, Andrea’s family was entering its own difficult season, losing both her mother and father during Covid.

Today, there’s much to celebrate. Renee is a breast cancer survivor, happily retired with Mark in Arkansas, where she still loves to bake. Andrea and her family, along with an amazing team, continue growing the little company Renee started into something bigger than any of them imagined.

🎃🐿️ You can make these easy Pumpkin Walnut Granola-Topped Muffins at home, just like Nutmeg and his family did!

Nutmeg has been very busy this season gathering pumpkins, harvesting walnuts and keeping the White Rock Granola kitchen supplied with all the good stuff. But even a hardworking squirrel needs a little family time. So he gathered everyone together for a batch of these easy fall muffins. 🐿️🐿️🐿️

For Sale: Heavy-duty commercial tumbling mixer for sale. We purchased this for our commercial food kitchen, but it isn’t going to work for our particular production process, so we’re offering it for sale.

We were told it holds approximately 300 pounds and it operates on 110V electric, which is a big advantage over commercial equipment requiring 220V or 3-phase power. Full amperage shows to be 12.8 on the electrical panel so it should run under a 15 amp breaker. We are not experts on that though so please make your own judgment. We plugged it in and it seems to run great. Auto safety off switch when lid is opened. Heavy duty casters make it easy to roll.

The overall wheelbase is about 55“ x 25“. The mechanism on the gear end protrudes about another 8 inches. The motor protrudes approx. the same off the back. Height is approximately 46 inches.

Large mixing chamber on a heavy-duty rolling frame. Great potential for granola, nuts, snack mixes, seasonings, grains, dry ingredients, dough, feed, meat or other bulk mixing applications. It could potentially even be used for dry clay or other art or construction mixes. Tilts for dumping and washing.

It appears to be a very solid commercial machine and would be ideal for someone looking to increase production without spending the price of new commercial equipment.
