Just when things start to cool off, we bring the heat!🔥

With a nod to the Southwest classic (and the final days of the Texas State Fair) we present JALAPEÑO BUSINESS - our jalapeño popper-inspired pizza! Our signature sourdough crust get slathered with our rich, cream cheese base, 3 cheese blend, freshly-sliced jalapeños, and crisp, crumbled bacon, then finished with shredded cheddar, fried jalapeños, and a drizzle of our house jalapeño ranch. And yes, you can add habanero for a little more kick if you’re so inclined (you know who you are).👊

We suggest pairing this zesty pie with a pint of Top Cut Fresh Hop IPA or Mountain Child German Pils to cool things off. Available for dine in or takeout starting today, but only for a limited time. Enjoy this cool, breezy patio weather while we got it! Open ’til 10pm, kitchen ’til 9pm.

What a day. This year’s Hausfest may have been one of our best yet. From the turnout to the amazing weather to the b**rs and food enjoyed with friends, it was truly one to remember. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the fun, our incredible vendors, the bands, the pups, and last but certainly not least, our hard-working crew for locking it down once again.

✨FRESH HOPS ON THE BOARD!✨

𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐂𝐔𝐓: 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 / Fresh Hop IPA / 7.1% ABV

Rejoice, friends! Today we’re dropping our annual, fresh hop IPA in celebration of the 2026 harvest. We once again partnered with Crosby Hops for this aromatic and fruit-forward crusher of an IPA, using whole cone Amarillo hops on the hot side for saturated notes of fresh citrus, candied-orange, and tropical fruit. We then dry hopped with Comet CGX® NUVO™ — a special process where the fresh hops are frozen in time using a cryogenic process to lock in the intense lupulin flavors and essential oils. Aromas of dried apricot, black currant, and tangerine peel meld with the Amarillo for a juicy and lush take on a fresh hop IPA.

Pouring pints for your face, with 4pk cans to-go. Stop in tonight and enjoy one with our Wednesday night Smash Burger special.🍔 Double-patty smashie w/ cheese, house-seasoned fries, and a b**r of your choice for $15. Served 4pm-9pm (or until we run out.)🤙

HAUSFEST, our yearly Oktoberfest block party, is this Saturday, Oct. 10! Starting at 11am sharp, you can snag one of these 0.5L collector mugs featuring the adorable little we**ie dogs we’ll have on parade during the party. $25 gets you the mug filled with your choice of select Vector b**r, an Underberg for later, and $5 refills all day. And if you get here early enough, you may even snag a special bonus prize for your dome, courtesy of our friends Underberg America 👀

What. A. Weekend.🤘

Now that we’ve fully (kinda sorta) recovered from the festivities and the travel, we just wanted to take a second to thank our pals Alga B**r for one hell of an Oktoberfest weekend in the Sunshine State (although you wouldn’t know it with all the rain we got).

We had a blast repping TX next to so many great breweries from all over Florida and the Southeast, and the love and hospitality shown to us gave us all the feels. Special thanks to the homies Fertile Ground B**r Co. for helping us pour and look so good.

We’re going BALLS TO THE WALL for Oktoberfest!🙌

Who dey! Like a blast out of Oktoberfest Zinzinnati itself, our 𝑪𝑰𝑵𝑪𝑰 𝑲𝑹𝑨𝑼𝑻 𝑩𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑺 have officially arrived (but only for a limited time)!

These small, fried morsels of awesome are packed with flavors straight from the Deutschland! Diced ham, sauerkraut, onion, garlic, and spices get rolled into a ball, battered in panko bread crumbs, and deep fried to a golden brown. Served w/ a side of our Hausfest whole grain b**r mustard for dipping.

Enjoy this Midwest favorite starting tonight and running through our Hausfest Oktoberfest celebration on Sat. Oct. 10, preferably paired with our Hausfest festbier or Mountain Child German-style pilsner.🍻 Open ’til 10pm, kitchen ’til 9pm.

We’re less than✌️weeks away from our 7th annual HAUSFEST Oktoberfest Block Party in the Highlands on Sat. October 10, presented in part with our friends from Underberg America 🤝

Join us for a day full of festive b**rs, German bites, herbal bitters, live tunes from Oom-Pah Daddies and Halfway Down, shopping in the artisan market, our fan favorite we**ie dog parade, stein hoisting, and of course the infamous Red River Rivalry football game on the tubes. Be sure to get here early to snag your own Hausfest collector’s mug (while supplies last). $25 gets you the mug with your first b**r and an Underberg included, plus $5 refills throughout the day.👀 We may have a handful of these dope a$$ lids to hand out, too.

The temps are finally easing up. Patio weather is right around the corner, and you know what that means? Prime day drinking time. And we got just the thing to help you maintain throughout the day.

Introducing VIS-À-VIS, our new, easy-goin’ IPA. This hoppy li’l India Pale Ale begs to be crushed daily and nightly. And compared to its heftier-strength cohorts, you can enjoy with a little less guilt at only 4.2% ABV. Packed full of Elani, Peacharine, and Galaxy hops, this bright and light b**r flows with notes of lemongrass, lime zest, guava, and herbal, floral touches on the finish.

Pull up this weekend and grab a pint (or two), then take a 4pk home to the crib. Open ’til 10pm tonight, kitchen ’til 9pm.
