Hello Everyone!!! With all the excitement going on, we just now got our page live for our new stand at the State Fair of Texas, The Lobster Lounge! Please help us by following and sharing this post and our page. 7 days left!!! So excited to see everyone!

Drum roll... with only 7 days to go, This year the Probst's and CSS are announcing a new stand - The Lobster Lounge!!!! Formerly Crazy Ottos, we have now converted the stand over to showcase multiple lobster items. Lobster Mac, Lobster Rolls, Cajun Fried Popcorn Lobster. To make sure that we have something for everyone, we will also be serving Buffalo and Fried Chicken Mac, as well. We are located across from the Old Mill Inn and to the side of Big Tex. We look forward to seeing you next week!!!

Be sure to stop by our new stand at the State Fair of Texas and try our opening year specialty item "Lobster 3 Ways". To make sure everyone gets to try everything, not only are you able to get these items individually, but you are able to get a sampler. It includes our fan favorite lobster mac, our Maine style lobster roll and our Cajun popcorn lobster! Can't wait to see you!
