Chip Review: Bonilla à la vista

Spanish potato chips are the best and the Bonilla family makes the best of the best. Using only the best potatoes, they are sliced and fried in Spanish olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. 😘

I ate the entire bag. You tell me if I liked them or not. 🤩

Sicily is a complex culture with dramatic coastlines, Roman and Greek ruins and a brilliant food scene.

I was there last May on a Veritas Wine Tour excursion and it was one of my favorite trips ever for so many reasons. Not usually one to go on a group tour with strangers, we chose this because we knew Brooks and Bradley would put together a great group and the did.

We made new friends and bonded over food and exploration and a tragic accident that occurred on the trip.
