Cooking for me is … life 👨🏻‍🍳🍳
Being in the kitchen is not an easy place to be.
There are many hours on your feet, multiple foods cooking at the same time, vegetables to prep, sauces to make, food to plate, multiple trips to the store to get what we just ran out of, thinking about what my patients will like, how can I help the mom with a newborn baby, or my elderly client who lives alone, or the family juggling all the activities. Theres a lot of concentration and a lot of sacrifice...

That’s why I always value every plate of food that comes to my table. But especially, I value time with my family and kids.
