He started at 16 at "Nick Mandeses Meat Market" in Riverview Fl., from there he worked at Albertsons as a meat cutter and became Manager for 13 yrs. then went to Publix and became a meat manager/trouble shooter for Publix. He cut meat for Southern Living Magazines Cookbook. Kenneth also done the safety video for publix in the meat dept.
