These are pictures from April’s meeting where Chef Jeff Huntzinger from the Beaumont Inn demonstrated proper scallop cookery.
The next meeting of the ACF Professional Chefs of Northeastern Pennsylvania Incorporated will be held on Monday, May 18 at Mays Brand corporate office at 1 Sterling Ave. Dallas Pennsylvania.
The meeting begins at 6 PM.
All culinarians and Foodservice professionals are welcome.
We will also be holding our raffle drawing live at the meeting, so stay tuned to see who wins the Blackstone grill gift cards to great restaurants and a rail riders package.

We're thrilled to announce that JJ Vitale has been appointed Executive Director of the American Culinary Federation!

Shout Out to the Dallas Lions Club for their generous donation to our chapter that helped us surpass our goal as we donated 22,127 pounds of food the Harvest Food Pantry !
Yes, that was correct 22,127 pounds of food.
