Juneteenth may be behind us on the calendar, but we're keeping the celebration going all weekend long. We'll be here from 12-9pm today.

We've got two fresh pours ready for the occasion:
🍋‍🟩 Thought Process — A fruited blonde ale conditioned with blackberries and lime. Bright, refreshing, and perfect for a Texas summer.

🥃 Barrel Aged My Dear Watson — An English barleywine aged in rye whiskey barrels and brewed in collaboration with our friends at Oak Cliff Brewing Co.. Rich malt character, layered barrel notes, and a smooth warming finish.

Good beer. Good people. Good conversation.

🚨 WE'RE OPEN 🚨

We're officially opening our doors to the public with special hours today. Updated taproom hours are on the way.

We've got 5 beers on tap and more making their way through the pipeline.

A few house rules:

• We are cashless.
• We are a smoke-free environment.
• We love dogs, but they're not allowed inside the taproom. Well-behaved pups are welcome to hang on the patio.
• If you don't see two white lines on the ground, it's not a parking spot.
• We don't have food available on-site just yet, but our friends across the street at East Dock have you covered.

Most importantly, enjoy yourselves.

We're still dialing in our processes, refining our beer, and building the kind of space
we'd want to spend time in ourselves. We appreciate your patience, support, and feedback as we continue to grow.

Today was about more than pouring beer. It was about opening the doors, welcoming our East Dock neighbors, and finally sharing what we've been building.

Seeing people come through, grab a pint, hang out, and enjoy themselves made all the long days worth it.

We also learned a lot.

These were our first batches, and we knew they weren't going to be perfect. Brewing is a constant process of dialing things in, making adjustments, and chasing better beer with every batch. We're already taking notes and getting back to work.

To everyone who stopped by, shared a kind word, offered feedback, and showed love—thank you. Your support means everything.

This is just the beginning.
