One of my favorite things about breakfast catering is that it feels special without feeling fussy.

Every business has a few items that customers never let them retire.

For us, this is one of them.

The Mandarin Chicken Salad has been making repeat appearances on BMK menus for years, and every time it comes back, somebody messages us to say they’ve been waiting for it.

Seven years ago, Baller Mom Kitchen was just an idea.

Since then, it’s become so much more than meals.

It’s been early mornings and late nights. Team members who became family. Thousands of meals delivered. Community dinners. Free meals for frontline workers. Segments on Good Morning Texas. Catering celebrations big and small. And countless opportunities to show up for our neighbors when they needed us most.

What started as a way to feed my own family has grown into a business that has had the privilege of feeding yours.

Did I really just suggest a field trip to downtown Garland?
Yes. Yes I did. 😌

Because is exactly the kind of place I love finding for Cocktails & French Fries.

Casual but quality. Inventive cocktails without feeling pretentious. And a neighborhood energy that makes you want to stay longer than you planned.
Also… they don’t technically even have fries on the menu.
But the Southern Bean Dip? Absolutely elite. Creamy butter bean dip, marinated beans, arugula, pickled onions, grilled bread. One of my favorite appetizers in DFW.

And if you’re an espresso martini person, trust me when I say their Bourbon Cream situation deserves your attention.

I’m new to BMK, how exactly do weekly deliveries work?
BMK delivers every Monday, with menus opening one week in advance. Orders can be placed until 5 PM on the Saturday prior.

What is Chef KP’s most used kitchen tool?

I’m new to cooking, I can’t get my food flavored well like my BMK orders are, help?!?
To enhance food flavor, taste as you cook. Many home cooks under-season their dishes. Professional chefs use tasting spoons to make sure they are finding the perfect balance, so keep some handy for frequent tasting.
