Here's a simple Shrimp Fried Rice recipe for you! 🍚 🍤 🔥
Ingredients:
* 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
* tablespoon vegetable oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup protein (e.g., shrimp , chicken)
* 1/4 cup Stir Fry & Marinade Sauce
* 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
* Lime wedges, cucumber and tomatoes for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the eggs and garlic and stir-fry until they're translucent
3. Push the eggs to one side of the pan.
4. Add the protein and cook for 2-3 minutes and a little more oil if needed, then until cooked through
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula
6. Add the Stir Fry sauce and mix for about 2-3minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more sauce if needed
8. Turn off the pan and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro
9. Serve with lime wedges, cucumbers and tomatoes on the side
