New Farm Product Available!
We are now offering Wool Pellets made from our Jacob & Montadale sheep.
Every year we end up with a batch of wool that is not spinning quality or is an offcut from the belly area of the sheep. This year we found a company here in eastern Pennsylvania that would turn that wool into pellets.
Why would we do this?
1. We wanted to find a way to recycle this material.
2. Wool pellets are a great soil additive. They help aerate the soil, retain moisture and add biomass back to the soil along with any nutrients in the wool itself.
They are all natural and made from 100% raw wool.
