10am Friday update... pre orders for tomorrow are FULL. Only walk up at this point for tomorrows service at Al's Beverage. We'll open at 11am with our full menu. We appreciate the support 🙏 Thank ya'll

Our one and only service coming up, is this Saturday is at Al's Beverage. 11am-230pm. Full menu available for walk up and pre-orders. (Link & menu in comments) Any pre orders would need to be in by Friday afternoon. And must be picked up by 230.

Brisket & pork are full for pre order tomorrow at Al's. Below is whats left for pre order availability for tomorrow's service:

Pork ribs: 2 racks
Sausage: 3lbs
Pork belly: 1lb
Chicken: 3wholw/6halves
Beef ribs: 2
Turkey: 2lbs

You dont always have to get them big bad by the pound trays to get a lot of food. Just get one of these 4 meat heavyweight plates. 🙌 I took this picture, specifically because it would be my exact pickings for a summertime 4 meat. Brisket, sausage, pork & turkey with the cold sides 😋

Anywayyyy.. this weekend we have Al's Beverage on Saturday open at 11am. Then Sunday at The Dallas Markets open at 1130am. Both days are a FULL menu, available anyway you want it. For some reason I cant share his post directly, so here is a screenshot. 😆 We got to meet another local legend this past weekend at Paris Mountain Vineyards. Chad, from Chubby Chad's BBQ paid us a visit and we got to yap for a minute. They've been feeding Polk, Haralson & surrounding areas for awhile now. You can book them for private parties/events as of now... and you'll soon be able to catch them on the road serving the public again!

Give em a follow, book em for your private events & check em out when they're ready to get back out in the wild to serve the public! Thank you Chad for coming to see us!
