Our lions mane mushrooms have grown beautifully. Regrettably, this batch won't be fresh for the Cave Spring’s Community Market this weekend. Instead, they will be available dried. I'll be drying all day tomorrow. Dried lions mane is an excellent addition to tea, coffee, or soup, or gravy. It's great to take for cognitive function, gut health, and a whole lot more!
More lions mane mushrooms are starting to show, and although they won't be ready this weekend, we will be growing them for, at least, the next month. Stay tuned for more fresh mushrooms at market this summer!

We will have a limited amount of shiitake and a bunch of plants available this Saturday too! Come see us at debbie's garden and get your garden started this weekend! 🌱 🍄

Lions Mane update! The boom Room is definitely booming!! Lions mane mushrooms are loving the conditions and growing beautifully! We have a couple of pounds available today. $20/lb, $10/half lb. Dallas,GA, Local pick up only! Hopeful that we will get another flush out of these bags for the farmers market next weekend!!
