Live Forever Food Co. Live Forever Food Co. provides tasty jams and preserves to delight and tickle your taste buds. Cackalacky Jam Sessions. Thus Cackalacky Jam Sessions was born.

The word "Cackalacky" is slang for Carolina, as in North, where my grandma's family worked the land long before I came into this crazy world. Jam Sessions is a nod to my love of all things music. Put that together and you have Cackalacky Jam Sessions. But how did we actually get started making jams? Glad you asked....

In 2006 on a road trip with a friend to Blowing Rock, NC driving up the side of

a mountain, we spotted an old man set up on the side of the road selling his wife's jams and his bluegrass album. Homemade jam and bluegrass music is a near perfect combination and to this day his wife's blackberry jam is one of the best tasting things I've ever had and his bluegrass album wasn't too shabby either! That experience inspired me to start making my own jams. Fast forward to 2013 and I thought why not take my love of homemade jams and share it with other people. At Cackalacky Jam Sessions we're not about reinventing the wheel, just making sure it tastes damn good! All items are hand-made in Jewel Cafe's commercial kitchen in Dallas, TX.
