What are garlic scapes? 🌱
Garlic scapes are curly green flower stalks that grow from the tops of nearly mature garlic plants. They are 100% edible with a more mild garlic flavor with hints of onion and scallion flavors.

*Note, garlic scape powder available contains sea salt.

Yesterday was a BIG day for sap collection! 🍁

Matt collected a whopping 80 gallons of maple and black walnut sap — and fired up the first sap boil of the season! 🔥

That brings us to 175 gallons total so far this season, and we’re just getting started. Today we tapped 8 more black walnut trees, and they’re flowing like faucets! 💧🌳

The sweet season is officially underway — stay tuned for syrup updates!
