Well, surprise, surprise! Spring is definitely in the air. One of our hens snuck off and hunkered down to hatch some baby chicks. 🐣 Thankfully, I was able to find a wonderful home for the whole group. Momma hen is back with her flock and eating. She's definitely one that I'm going to have to keep an eye on. 😉

And that's a wrap for this season! Persey was our last doe to kid with a single doeling. Her doeling is half Boer/half French Alpine and already pending reserved. We have been calling her, Blondie. She's such a chubby, fluffy girl. ♥️
