I had a great time last weekend learning all about cheese making with the Clark County Goat Association in Longview, Washington. 🧀 We had an excellent speaker and got tons of useful information! I can't wait to try out so many delicious recipes. 😋

Well, surprise, surprise! Spring is definitely in the air. One of our hens snuck off and hunkered down to hatch some baby chicks. 🐣 Thankfully, I was able to find a wonderful home for the whole group. Momma hen is back with her flock and eating. She's definitely one that I'm going to have to keep an eye on. 😉
