Honey Garlic Picanha

Ingredients

2–3 lbs picanha (top sirloin cap)

¼ cup avocado oil

5 garlic cloves, minced

Juice of ½ lemon

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Score the fat cap in a crosshatch pattern.

Mix oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the picanha and let it marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Grill or roast the picanha, fat side down first, until nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
