2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Crackers are a simple, healthy, and protein-packed snack you can make in minutes. With just cottage cheese and flour, these crackers are crunchy, cheesy, and perfect for snacking anytime—whether for kids’ lunchboxes, movie nights, or quick bites.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat, drained if very watery)
1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free option)
Optional: pinch of salt, garlic powder, or paprika for extra flavor
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and flour. If you like, add a pinch of salt or spices for extra flavor. Mix until it forms a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
3. Roll out the dough
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness. The thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers.
4. Cut into shapes
Use a knife, pizza cutter, or cookie cutters to cut the dough into squares, rectangles, or fun shapes. Transfer them carefully to the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake the crackers
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers are firm. Watch closely to prevent burning.
6. Cool completely
Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack. They will crisp up as they cool.
7. Serve and store
Enjoy your crackers plain, with cheese, dips, or spreads. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days.
