I have broken the lease with the building owner at 1231 West Housatonic street due to the building owners not paying the engineer bill I presented them with as well as them thinking that engineer costs are not related to construction costs. Unfortunately Pittsfield will not be the home for my brewery going forward.

Everyone is asking when I’m opening……… I will open come late spring early summer, hopefully.

Running into state building code issues that have to be resolved before moving forward. I will update everyone once I receive approval from the state building board to brew in the restaurant. After that I can move forward with the extensive building renovations planned inside that will include the following: 2 brand new handicap accessible bathrooms, brand new main bar, renovated dining room, new flooring, new kitchen renovations, upgraded electrical, the building’s first grease trap as it didn’t have one, and all around fresh friendly inviting atmosphere that will focus on space and science!
