I always love coming home to see family! My paternal grandpa is a huge inspiration to me and my cooking. I grew up watching him cook, cut up fresh veggies, and serve people with heart and a smile. He always had something cooking for us growing up. Every holiday was a buffet of deliciousness from Crawfish Étouffée for Easter and Gumbo for Christmas. I will always cherish those memories!

As of now, I’ll be back out In November. Weather is a little too warm for my comfort. I’m going to change my menu items up a little bit. Food costs are still rising so I’m having to adjust my offerings.
