I had the honor of catering and bartending Kinnady & Ethan Payne’s wedding 🤍

From high school memories to standing behind the scenes on one of the most important days of their lives… it’s hard to even put into words how special this was for me.

Watching their day unfold. The love, the joy, the people who showed up for them, it was truly beautiful. And to know I played a small part in that… means everything.

Kinnady & Ethan, you two are so special, and your love shines in everything around you. I’m beyond grateful to have been a part of your day. Happy 1 month anniversary Mr. & Mrs.Payne!

A little while ago, I had the honor of going back to my old high school to speak with young entrepreneurs about my journey as Chef P.

To stand in those halls again this time sharing my story, my passion, and my business was something I’ll never forget. Seeing how bright, driven, and motivated these students are truly gave me so much hope for the future.

One of the most special parts of the day was being able to share this experience with my sweet friend Jodi Evans🤍 I am beyond proud of her for opening her storefront, BLUR Studio. She is an incredibly talented aesthetician and an even more beautiful person inside and out.

It was also such a pleasure meeting the Chamber president what a kind, generous, and inspiring individual.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do.

There’s something special about an intimate private dinner surrounded by nature, glowing string lights, and a warm fire. This experience was nothing short of magical at Selah Ridge Resort.

From a beautifully plated risotto course topped with shaved parmesan, basil pesto and micro greens
to perfectly seared steaks resting over creamy mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus
and ending with a decadent, flourless chocolate cake finished with fresh berries and gold flakes every detail was crafted with intention and elegance.

This one was extra special for me 💛

I catered a women’s retreat this weekend and left with a full heart. Being able to serve such strong, loving, and encouraging women was an absolute blessing.

Peggy Gallant created such a beautiful experience, every detail was intentional and filled with care. I’m so thankful she trusted me to be a part of it.

And since I cooked for them on my birthday… they surprised me and celebrated me 🥹 I did not expect that at all. It reminded me why I love what I do.
