I think the literal 100 degree days are getting to me…
Could it be the desire to have a nice temperate day that has me craving cool weather food?
Had a craving for tomato soup and a grilled cheese, thought I had some of ours in the freezer, turns out it was curry. So, off to food lion I went to get options.
Something tells me these aren’t going to hit the spot and I’ll have to make some of ours pretty soon.

Had to stay late this evening to finish up some pricing updates and in the process decided I was hungry and hadn’t cooked a chuck steak in quite a while.

Is it filet mignon or ribeye? No.
Is it more than good enough for an impromptu $10 or less Tuesday night steak meal? Absolutely!
