A year ago today, we embarked on our American dream, hailing from Nepal. Tea had always been our way to connect with loved ones. Even after moving to the U.S., our passion for tea remained unchanged. While the chai at Starbucks sparked excitement, it didn’t quite match our expectations. Then, we discovered Boba – our ultimate go-to. We’d eagerly drive 30-45 minutes to explore new spots. However, disappointment struck as most drinks were overly sweet and lacked authenticity. Spending $15-$20 on drinks that left us unsatisfied became a common occurrence. Determined to make a change, we delved into research and uncovered a startling truth: many places used artificial ingredients. Thus, the idea for Yeti Tea was born. We envisioned a place where Nepalese Tea Leaves could shine, crafting beverages with locally-sourced, real ingredients like milk, fruits, and sugar. Every cup we serve is infused with love and authenticity.
To everyone who has been a part of our journey, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. As first-generation immigrants, the road hasn’t been easy, but we’ve learned that success comes from taking that first step.
