some mushroom growers think they can expand infinitely, that they can reach across the state and still charge 15 dollars a pound for what is essentially not worth 15 dollars a pound to any rational person, while I do like mushrooms and I grow mushrooms with profit in mind I think a reality check is in order, and maybe that infinite expansion that they thought was possible might not be so possible when they are forced to compete at 8 dollars a pound or 6 dollars a pound

I believe in giving people a good deal, and while I do think that mushrooms have great health benefit associated with them and that they are valuable, I don't believe that charging 15 dollars a pound is a viable way to do business or respectful to the customer, just a little tidbit and hopefully everyone can be satisfied and live healthy and happy lives
