Hey friends! It looks like some eggs have been spoiling in the heat, we are adding an ice pack in the cooler daily but at the end of this week the egg stand will be closed until the end of September due to travels and don't want to leave that responsibility to our farm sitter.

Just a reminder to always do the water test, and also crack eggs into a separate bowl before adding them to the rest to avoid a bad egg ruining the other good eggs in the bowl!

This is our first summer dealing with the egg stand and haven't really had any issues until recently. We are ready for the cooler weather!

We have now added and open and closed sign on the side (always open during daylight hours)
