LOCAL BLUEFIN JUST LANDED

Fresh, local Bluefin Tuna caught right here off the Maine coast!

We also have TORO available! 🤤
Toro is the highly prized, rich & buttery belly portion of the Bluefin. It has beautiful marbling, a melt-in-your-mouth texture & is especially sought after for sushi & sashimi.

Bluefin is known for its deep red color, rich flavor & incredible texture. Whether you’re slicing it raw for sushi or sashimi, making poke or giving it a quick sear, this is one of those fish that really doesn’t need much!

Supporting local fishermen + bringing locally landed seafood straight to our community is exactly what we’re about.
