š„š¦ OLD BLUE VILLA RICA SHRIMP š¦š„
Some recipes are just food. Others tell a story.
Growing up, I spent a lot of time in Veracruz, Mexico, and one dish that stuck with me was Camarones a la Villa Rica. Years later, I took that memory, brought it home to Texas, and put my own live-fire spin on it.
Shell-on shrimp grilled over hot coals, basted with garlic butter, fresh lemon, and Old Blue Marina Dust, then tossed with fire-roasted peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
And thereās a little piece of Veracruz hiding in Old Blue itself ā and tonight I was able to share with with my family.
