First blueberries of the season. Picked about a quart a little while ago. Will go back out later this afternoon or this evening after the temps drop some and pick more. Looks like we will start picking daily by this weekend. First deliveries to Winston Salem could start on Tuesday, June 30.

Looks like we will start picking blueberries within the next week. Prices this year will be $4 per pint, $7 per quart and $20 per gallon. Start getting your orders in. We will only be picking to fill orders on a first come first serve basis. We will be making a trip to Winston Salem once a week for deliveries.

Just took a walk through the blueberries. Still have plenty of pruning and cleaning out. Our earliest variety is already starting to bud. Praying for little to no rain this coming week so I can get out and work.

Time to start cleaning out and pruning the blueberries. After all the rain we have had over the last 10 days (8 1/2 inches), I will see how wet it is today. Hopefully dry enough that I don't sink into the ground.
