As many of you know Off A Bit Farm will be closing by the end of the year and my husband and I are retiring. The majority of our herd has found great homes in Kinder herds throughout New England. Homestead Farm Titan, our junior herdsire, is our last herd member looking for a new herd to call his own. Titan is a tall, leggy 18 month old buck who is really starting to fill out beautifully. He is a great combination of older bloodlines like Gray J, Pricker Patch, Fur Immur and Serena Kinders with the addition of “fresh” genes from his grand sire, our 1st gen buck Maggidans K**a Kazi. While his pedigree isn’t on the KGBA website yet, I recreated it by creating this scannable QR code below. Pics of dam, sire and grand sire below as well.

K**a Kazi, our herd sire, wants to remind you that Off A Bit Farm will NOT be a the Wilmot Farmers Market this Saturday, August 9th. You can find all our goat dairy goodness at our farm stand until we see you all on Saturday August 16th.

Market this weekend looks great with plenty of local foods and crafts and music so be sure to go support your local farms and crafters!

Hey All!

Wilmot farmers market day is fast approaching and Saturday looks to be a great day.

OFF A BIT farm will be there loaded up with all sorts a goat dairy goodness🐐🐐🐐

We will have our delicious raw goats milk, yogurt , 3 flavors of ice cream, cheddar cheese, feta cheese as well as goat meat, duck eggs and a limited supply of chicken eggs🙄

We also will have samples of egg salad made with our own duck eggs for those of you who have asked how duck eggs taste!

We’ve been super busy on the farm lately getting ready for market but we did manage to squeeze in a little time to soap and will have 3 new goats milk soaps-Lavender Lemon, Lemongrass Thyme and Orange Clove Ginger with Tumeric. They smell amazing 🤩

All that and many other wonderful farms and crafters all on the Wilmot town green 9 am to noon!

Hey Farm friends tomorrow, Saturday, is market day😊
We will be at the Wilmot Farmers Market from 9am to noon with plenty of fresh, delicious goat dairy products like raw milk, creamy yogurt, 3 flavors ice cream, and Feta 🧀 cheese!

We also have dozens of both duck and chicken eggs 🥚. Looking for a great breakfast? Pick up our goat sausage ! We’ve got many other cuts available.

Many great goats milk soaps and our own handcrafted liquid Castile soap round out the offerings for Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing you all there and enjoying all the market has to offer!

Farm friends! The farm store at off of farm will be closed this afternoon. Unfortunately, the heavy wind we are having blew the door shut and broke the locking mechanism on the door. We’ll have it fixed for tomorrow afternoon after we get home from the market.

Manchego Viejo! Going out to the farm store fridge now! Made with raw goats milk from our herd of kinder goats, this cheese has been aged just over a year making it a tangy, zesty, crumbly delightful cheese with an edible rind.
Store is open 7 am to 7pm daily, self serve.

Hey farm friends!! The Off A Bit farm store is restocked with all kinds of goodness👩🏼‍🌾

Raw goats milk, duck eggs, chicken eggs, Monterey Jack cheese and a fresh supply of delicious goat breakfast sausage-perfect for breakfast or maybe brunch for friends.

Freezer is stocked with a great assortment of goat meat-loin chops, shoulder chops, shanks, bone in leg roasts and more!

Oh and did I mention Maple vanilla ice cream??? Mmmmmm

Happy 2025 Farm Friends 🎉🎊🐐

Hope everyone’s year is off to a great start ! Here on the farm all of the lovely ice last month has made for a rough couple of weeks and a bruised tailbone so, sadly, we will not be at Saturday’s Blazing Star Grange Winter Farmer’s market. We will return to the market in February with all of our fresh goats milk dairy products, soaps and coolers filled wonderfully delicious and nutritious goat meat. Oh and eggs, eggs, eggs 🥚 both duck 🦆 and chicken 🐓 .

Can’t wait until February’s farmers market ?? Come visit us at our farm store and find all your goat milk products as well as chicken eggs, duck eggs, soaps and more! The store is self serve, open 7am to 7pm daily. And did I mention baby goats ….
